Summer workshop with The Life Centre (25-June)
Wednesday 25th June, 18:30 - 20:00
Meeting point at Black Lion Gate, Hyde Park at 6.15pm
An invitation – together with The Life Centre – to explore the nature and character of summer through mind, body, and community, in Hyde Park.
‘Qi’ means energy, and ‘Gong’ means work or skill; thus, qigong is a practice to understand, shape, and cultivate vitality within. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that stagnation—whether physical, mental, or emotional—is at the root of illness, and by fostering flow in our bodies, we can achieve flow in other areas of life.
This masterclass combines mindful movement, meditation, journaling, and conversation, offering an invitation to reconnect with yourself, others, and the world we steward. No gym kit, yoga mat, or specific fitness level is required. Simply arrive, leave your shoes at the ‘door’ (tree), and be ready to engage with what is.
