🗓️ Tuesday, 10 February 2026
🕡 6:30 – 8:30 PM
📍 Fulham Palace Road
💷 £35 (9 spots)
The new year in the Chinese zodiac calendar is a moment of hopefulness, as the first hints of spring emerge through the frost of winter. This evening — of movement, breathwork, and community — is an invitation to honour this sense of emergence.
For many people the Year of the Wood Snake – 2025 – was true to its character: demanding, introspective, and intense. As we turn the page into the Year of the Fire Horse – 2026 – we can welcome a shift toward energy, passion, and independence.
Simon Lamb will guide us through an energising qigong flow, aimed at cultivating both winter’s stillness and spring’s vitality. Through guided journalling and conversation we’ll reflect on this moment of transition, exploring what we are leaving behind and what we are inviting in. Fini Cooper will then lead a breathwork practice focused on making space and moving forward. The session concludes with tea, fruit, and a chance to chat.
Set in a beautiful private studio and garden — a space where your shoulders drop the moment you enter — this evening is for you if you’re feeling the desire to begin the zodiac year with ease and intention.
