Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that stagnation—physical, mental, or emotional—underlies illness. By fostering flow in the body, we create flow in life. This workshop blends mindful movement, meditation, journalling, and conversation, offering a chance to reconnect with yourself, others, and the world we steward.
All you need is a trusty journal, a favourite pen, clothes you can move in, and a desire to find some flow.
