Trusting the emergence of spring: qigong, breathwork, conversation, and tea (3‑Mar)

Β£35.00

πŸ—“οΈ Tuesday, 3 March
πŸ•‘ 6:30 – 8:30 PM
πŸ“ Fulham Palace Road
πŸ’· Β£35 (9 spots)

The plum blossom is celebrated as a symbol of resilience, trust, and hope. Blooming in late winter β€” often with snow still on the ground β€” it opens despite the cold, trusting that spring will follow.

This evening of movement, breathwork, and community is an invitation to honour that same sense of trust and emergence. As winter draws to a close and the first joyful signs of spring appear, what in your life is waiting for you to allow it?

Simon Lamb will guide an energising qigong flow designed to cultivate spring’s quality of vitality and renewal. Through guided journalling and conversation, we’ll reflect on this moment of transition β€” exploring what we are leaving behind and what we are ready to invite in. Fini Cooper will then lead a breathwork practice focused on creating space and supporting forward movement. The session will conclude with tea, fruit, and time to chat together.

Set in a beautiful private studio and garden β€” a space where your shoulders drop the moment you enter β€” this evening is for you if you’re feeling the call to begin emerging from winter with ease, presence, and intention.
