Morning qigong in Holland Park (starts 17-June)

£5.00

Tuesdays @ 7am
Holland Park, bind.gazed.they (What3Words)

Every Tuesday – from 17-June through to the end of September – you are invited to 45-minutes of qigong and tai chi to start your day mindfully.

‘Qi’ means energy, and ‘Gong’ means work or skill; thus, qigong is a practice to understand, shape, and cultivate vitality within. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that stagnation—whether physical, mental, or emotional—is at the root of illness, and by fostering flow in our bodies, we can achieve flow in other areas of life.

No gym kit, yoga mat, or specific fitness level is required. Simply arrive, leave your shoes at the ‘door’ (tree), and be ready to engage with what is.
